Copper Mountain has been sold

I’m really bummed today.
Copper Mountain has been sold to Park City, Utah based Powdr Corp.  The purchase is scheduled to be finalized in December 2009.  All products already sold for Copper Mountain including passes will be honored for the 09/10 season.   This includes the Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus products.

Copper Mountain gets ready for Lift Off Weekend

It’s almost here.  Copper Mountain’s Opening Day for the general public.  Race teams and the PSIA-AASI Demo team have already been there, done that.  Conditions look better by the day from the pictures I’m getting.
Copper’s going to start out with the traditional Opening Weekend festivities.
